East Staffordshire’s third Neighbourhood Plan gets to formal consultation stage.

The formal consultation period for the Tatenhill Neighbourhood Development Plan commenced on Monday 9th June 2014 and will finish on Monday 21st July 2014.

In accordance with section 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 notice is hereby given that East Staffordshire Borough Council has received from Tatenhill Parish Council a Plan Proposal for the Tatenhill Neighbourhood Plan.

Tatenhill Parish Council has submitted a copy of the plan proposal (including map of the area to which the plan relates), a consultation statement and a basic conditions statement.

These documents can be viewed on the Council website at http://www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk/Planning/PlanningPolicy/NeighbourhoodPlanning/Pages/default.aspx and at ESBC Customer Service Centres in Burton and Uttoxeter.

Representations on the Plan Proposal may be made to East Staffordshire Borough Council no later than 21st July 2014 12noon via the Neighbourhood Planning page on the ESBC website, by writing to Planning Policy, ESBC, The Maltsters, Wetmore Road, Burton on Trent, DE14 1LS, or by emailing corinne.o’hare@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk
