The Story Wells Tea and Tales morning kicks off a new project to collect your memories on Burton upon Trent’s historic Breweries.

Join us at the Brewhouse Arts Centre, Duke Street on Wednesday 27th November between 10.30am to 12.00pm to reminiscence and over tea and
cake and watch a bygone screening of photographs showing Burton from the 60’s and 70’s.

The event is free no need to book just come along. Free refreshments will be provided.

Your stories will help us to document Burton’s heritage.

Councillor Bernard Peters, Deputy Leader for Service Commissioning, said: “This is another Council art project which celebrates Burton’s history and heritage. Being a proud Burtonian, I can remember the 60’s & 70’s and I’m very much looking forward to sharing my memories on our historic Breweries.

“I would urge as many people as people to come along to the free event at our magnificent arts centre and share historic memories with other like minded people.”
