Fun, effective, yet safe Pilates class suitable for everyone as different levels and alternatives are given. If you want to be lean, toned and supple with very effective but gentle exercises, then this is the class for you. It can help with back pain and general aches and pains as well as self esteem. Please bring a mat and two towels.
