Everyone is welcome. Our aim is to help educate people on the symptoms of menopause, and to share tips and resources to support them.
It is a monthly event. The dates for the next two months are:
Wednesday 23rd May and Wednesday 18th June. You are welcome to join us any time between 0930-1100.
There is no fee to attend the Menopause Cafe, and we offer complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits.
