The Bluebell Woods are open from mid April to mid May each year and can be found by driving from Barton under Needwood towards Yoxall and following the ‘Bluebell Woods‘ signposts.

The various short walks through the woods and around the lake were lovely and easy to do. The staff in the cafe were very pleasant and there was a nice variety of drinks and cakes. The only downside was the £4 entrance charge per person, which can make an expensive day out if you have the family in tow.
