The Partnership Trust provides services including community hospitals, health centres, nursing homes, district nursing, schools nursing, social care, dental care, sexual health services and many more that ensure people receive close to or in the own homes.

Items to be discussed at July’s meeting include a report from the Chief Executive Officer, the Trust’s monthly Quality Report which updates on care and treatment across the organisation and a ‘patient story’ from a local resident who will recall their experiences of care from the Trust.

On 1 July 2013 the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust launched 28 integrated health and social care teams across Staffordshire, which provide joint up adult health and social care.

This new way of working will see integrated teams working closely with local GPs and specialist nursing and therapy teams to help identity people in need of health and social care service and ensure that they are treated in a timely and efficient manner.

Attendees at the public meeting will be offered the opportunity to ask executive and non-executive members of the board questions about services available to them and any further questions about the trust which they wish to be addressed.
