  •         Encouraging local enterprise
  •         Enhancing lives throughout the borough

This year, the Council increased its funding by 8% in comparison with 2011/12, distributing over £235,000 to community and voluntary groups in East Staffordshire.
Councillor Richard Grosvenor, Leader of the Council, said: “The Council has always valued the contribution community and voluntary groups make to the people of East Staffordshire and in a time when councils are reviewing their expenditure in this area we are proud to maintain and where possible increase our support.”

Andy O’Brien, Chief Executive, added: “This a great opportunity for both voluntary and community groups to apply for grants to continue their work within East Staffordshire.”
