We are a support group for adults with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes and we welcome partners, family and carers to all of our meetings.
We meet on Wednesdays from 6-8 pm at
Healthcare at Home, Clinical Skills Centre
Skyline Court, Centrum 100,
3rd Avenue, Burton Upon Trent, DE14 2BZ.
As you turn onto 3rd Avenue, take first right we are located opposite Normans musical Instruments. There is a car park and you will need to press the door buzzer for Training Room 3 to gain entry.
We meet at 5.45pm to have a coffee and a quiet chat together about ourselves – any successes, queries or problems. It also gives everyone a chance to arrive in time for our speaker at 7pm, especially if you are coming from work and/or need to get your evening meal.
There are no fees/costs.

At each meeting there will be leaflets and information given out to those attending. We will take email and telephone contacts in order to be able to communicate with you between meetings.
