(Last admission at 4pm)

Come and join us at the Castle for a day of swashbuckling pirates, treasure hunts and fun and games for all the family. Hop aboard the Castle’s very own pirate ship and meet some of our fantastic characters in full costume.

Your little ones can be a pirate for the day as they take part in our treasure hunts, try panning for gold, and even walk the plank! There will be lots of activities and games to enjoy – and even a few surprises for the adults!

Our Pirates will also stage a small skirmish battle for visitors. A great day out and and excuse to wear fancy dress – even the Mums and Dads! Make sure you practice your “Yo! Ho! Ho’s!”.

The Great Hall will be open with guided tours as well as our pretty tea room serving a range of hot and cold food – all reasonably priced.
