And now for some GOOD NEWS!!!!!!

The cleaning of the auditorium and all of the upstairs rooms including
the Dance Studio and Drama Studio is well on the way to being completed
and it is hope that it won't be too long before they can be re-opened as
rehearsal and workshop space.

It was quite difficult to get a decent photo in the Auditorium as there
was no lighting and so it was pitch dark. However, I can assure you
that I didn't notice any remaining smell of smoke, all of the seating
and walls etc have been professionally cleaned and looked great and
everything looked pretty much as it did prior to May 28th.

All in all I was hit by a number of differing emotions during my visit.
Even though I felt sadness at what I saw when I first walked in the building,
I left feeling very positive about the progress that had been made so far

I'd like to take this opportunity to personally thank Matt Bancroft and
everyone else involved in working to return The Brewhouse to its former glory.

I for one am thoroughly looking forward to the restoration being
completed and The Brewhouse reopening for business!
